Gymnastics is the BEST sport for female athletes

Gymnasts are at the top when it comes to body strength and flexibility. Our female athletes are confident and socially well-adjusted. They are constantly setting goals, have high levels of commitment,  and always raising the bar on their amazing achievements. (Pun intended.) Our gymnasts are well-traveled They begin being focused and developing organizational skills at very early ages.

Research shows that gymnasts tend to do better in school than their peers. Educational goals are strongly supported at A3. Gymnastics is the sport for the ‘thinking’ girl. Our girls are encouraged to be young citizens and concerned neighbors. They are also inspired to demonstrate excellent sportsmanship and be  fierce competitors!

  • 3 to 7 hours per week
  • Girls age 4 & above
  • Grouped by ability then age
  • Beginner to Advanced gymnastics (Uneven Parallel Bars, Vault, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise); Tumbling & Trampoline; Dance training
  • Strength, conditioning & flexibility, speed & agility training
  • Gymnastics terminology & sportsmanship
  • Individualized progression with emphasis on effort, commitment, focus, and self discipline
  • Meets throughout the year with participation opportunities for all members

Fitness & Fun

Beginner & Intermediate Levels

This is a developmental program for girls age seven and above who enjoy the benefits of gymnastics with the option of competing on one of our beginner teams. Students workout two to four hours per week from the times available for family convenience. Classes are focused on fitness and flexibility, and the introduction to basic gymnastics skill development.
